Ksenia Petrushkina, MPAS, PA-C, serves as the Director of Regenerative Medicine at Ideal Medical and Wellness, a longevity and wellness practice in Miami.
Her work centers on peptide therapeutics, evidence-informed longevity medicine, hormone health, thyroid disorders, metabolic health, and regenerative care. She currently sees patients for thyroid concerns, perimenopause, menopause, hormone optimization, recovery, and longevity-focused care for both men and women.
Ksenia's background combines clinical medicine with a strong science foundation. She holds undergraduate science degrees in biology and biopharmaceutical science, completed doctoral work in biology, and earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Florida International University.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a patient advocate and independent research collaborator in neurofibromatosis type 2. As part of a sustained collaboration with Harvard-affiliated researchers, she helped coordinate an international effort that distributed an NF2 cell line to laboratories in more than 20 countries for therapeutic screening.
